Fee Schedule as follows:
1) $21.00 per person for
music festival with water park entry (meal & drink
included). 1
chaperone/director ticket for each 20 paid.
TO INSURE
STUDENTS' SAFETY, All waterpark tickets must be purchased
through SoundPost Music Festival. There will be NO ONSITE
TICKET SALES AT THE WATERPARK. Don't forget to include your
adult chaperones, guests, bus drivers, etc., in your park
numbers.
2) $11.00 per person for
music festival only (Theme park package not
included).
3) A non-refundable $250.00 deposit is due within 30 days
of submission of online entry. Deposits not received within
30 days will result in deletion of online submission. This
policy has become necessary due to the increased demand for
performance slots. Deposit will be deducted from final
invoice.
4) Final Payment is due 30 days before performance date.
Late fee of $100.00 will be assessed per group for monies received after due date.
5) All directors should complete an online entry by
clicking on the link at the bottom of the page.
REMEMBER:
Your online
entry is your invoice, make copies as needed at time of
submission for your records.
Cancellation Policy:
1) Cancellation 30 days or more before performance
date--All student fees refunded, less $250.00 deposit (non
refundable).
2) Cancellation less than 30 days before performance
date----no refund of any fees or deposit.
3) Festival will not be cancelled due to rain.
Emergency Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation due to emergency situations (natural
disasters, hurricane, swine flu, etc.), refunds will be
returned minus actual expenses already incurred by
